We use Australia Post and TNT courier services.

Free Shipping Australia Wide for orders over $99 – Regular Post or ePost

For orders under $99 we offer $9.95 flat rate shipping - Regular Post or ePost

You may choose Express Post option @ flat rate cost of $19.95. We cannot guarantee this will speed up delivery as this is dependant on many factors and out of our control.

You may choose TNT courier option @ flat rate cost of $25.95. We cannot guarantee this will speed up delivery as this is dependent on many factors and out of our control. Usually this is the quickest method of delivery. Couriers do not ship to PO box addresses.

If order is received your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, and item is in stock, we will endeavour to ship your item from our store on the same day.

We do not offer a pick-up service.

We do not ship to International locations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@workerswarehouse.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
